The odds of Kyler Murray going No. 1 overall to the Arizona Cardinals in this month’s NFL Draft might be decreasing.
NFL Network insider Daniel Jeremiah posted a telling update on Murray and the Cardinals earlier this month.
Jeremiah said that at the beginning of the month, he felt there was a 90 percent chance of Murray going No. 1 overall.
Roughly two weeks later, that percentage has decreased to 60 percent.

Murray has met with the Arizona Cardinals, though he’s also met with several other NFL teams. The Cardinals, meanwhile, have also met with Nick Bosa, among other prospects. For much of the 2018 season, Bosa seemed to be the favorite to go No. 1 overall.
It’s unclear what has changed since the beginning of the month, but maybe the Cardinals are growing more confident in Josh Rosen, their first round pick from a year ago.
Or, perhaps, Bosa has impressed them so much that he’ll go No. 1.
Whatever is going on, we’ll find out for sure when the 2019 NFL Draft begins on Thursday, April 25.
