The NFL season comes to a close on Sunday and more than a few teams will be evaluating their head coaches heading into the off-season. According to a recent report from Ian Rapoport, the Miami Dolphins are likely to move on from head coach Adam Gase following the game on Sunday.

Adding to that report was Mike Garafolo, who said owner Stephen Ross was "pissed" about his team on Sunday. Garafolo added that "everything is up for evaluation" so there will likely be more than a few changes in the coming weeks for the Dolphins.

Here's more form the NFL insiders.

Gase took over the Dolphins in 2016 and led the team to a playoff appearance in his first season with the team. However, two-straight losing seasons later, the team appears ready to move on from 40-year-old coach.

If the Dolphins move on, Gase will immediately become a top candidate for open offensive coordinator roles.
