After decades centered in New York City, the NFL Draft has been on the move in recent years. This year’s event was held in Nasvhille.
Philadelphia, Chicago and Arlington, Texas have also hosted. Las Vegas is on tap in 2020, and the 2021 draft officially has a home now as well.
According to Uproxx’s Jordan Zirm, the 2021 NFL Draft will be held in Cleveland. The league has not officially announced the news.

Per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, an official announcement is expected tomorrow. Denver and Kansas City were other locations in contention to host.
The NFL is expected to announce on Wednesday future draft locations, following Las Vegas for 2020. Among the finalists last time were: Cleveland and Kansas City, along with Denver. 20 teams bid on future drafts and 13 sent reps to scout things out a few weeks ago in Nashville.

Cleveland fans are among the most passionate in the NFL, so it stands that they will provide an outstanding environment for the draft.
By that point, perhaps the Browns will have completed their turnaround and will be among the league’s elite. There is finally hope in Cleveland after last season and the offseason roster upgrades.
We’ll see if that hope turns into results.
