James Bradberry's holding penalty ultimately ended up being the most decisive call in Super Bowl LVII, but another call - and the resulting fine from it - has fans talking.

According to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, Eagles defensive back C.J. Gardner-Johnson was fined $14,111 for lowering his head to initiate contact with another player's helmet in the game.

"Refs vs Eagles," one fan said in reaction to the news.

Another fan called the fine "soft," posting a GIF of Kobe Bryant to drive home their point.

"I don't agree with this," said one fan.

With no flag thrown on the play, some are wondering what the fine is for or how they NFL determined the amount to fine Gardner-Johnson for the infraction.

"Please explain how they come up with that figure," one fan asked.

Gardner-Johnson himself reacted to the fine, and it appears he's laughing it off.

No player enjoys being fined, but it seems Gardner-Johnson isn't too bothered by the amount.

The defensive back is set to become a free agent this offseason and will likely command a hefty new contract after being on a defense that made a Super Bowl appearance.

He'll be one of the players Eagles fans would like to see back on the team next season.
