Packers vs. Cowboys preview:
The Packers thoroughly dominated the Giants last weekend in a 38-13 rout that was never truly that close. Aaron Rodgers was, once again, magnificent, throwing for 362 yards and tossing four touchdowns. I've said it before, but this team will get as far as Rodgers can take them, and he's seemingly capable of the impossible at this point. All of the pressure is on the defense at this point. Can they stop—or at the very least—slow down Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott?
With the No. 1 seed in the NFC, all the pressure is on the Cowboys to pull out the victory at home over the Packers—a team with nothing to lose. Will that get to rookies Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott? Hard to say. They spent the entire regular season playing like seasoned veterans, so I'm leaning towards no. The matchup to watch will be between Aaron Rodgers and the Dallas secondary. I'm expecting a shootout, and Rodgers will be relentless with his barrage.
Packers vs. Cowboys prediction:
The Cowboys win this one in the fourth quarter. I'm expecting it to be back and forth all day, with the Packers coming out fast with a quick score. It'll take the Cowboys a bit to get moving, but they get it done and move on to the NFC Championship game.
