The Patriots Will Reportedly Be Starting Jacoby Brissett
Jacoby Brissett will be making his second-straight start today, per ESPN.
Jacoby Brissett will be starting at quarterback for the New England Patriots today, according to a report by ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Both Brissett and Week 1 starter Jimmy Garoppolo were listed as questionable for today's game against the Buffalo Bills.
Brissett, a rookie out of N.C. State, suffered a right thumb injury in last week's game against the Houston Texans. Garoppolo, who's been the team's starter with Tom Brady suspended, suffered a right shoulder injury the week prior.
In the win against the Texans, Brissett completed 11 of 19 passes for 103 yards, while rushing for 48 yards, including a 27-yard touchdown.
Unsurprisingly, Bill Belichick has remained mum on New England's quarterback situation heading into today.
The Patriots (3-0) and the Bills (1-2) are set to kick off at 1 p.m. E.T. at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro today. The game will be televised on CBS.
