Black Monday is in full swing as NFL coaches continue to meet the end of their run in charge of their respective team. Eight NFL coaches have been fired this year - six within the past 24 hours.

One of the jobs that came open earlier this season was the Cleveland Browns job. Owner Jimmy Haslam and company fired Hue Jackson as the team's head coach and now the team is in search of a new leader.

Peyton Manning has an idea of who the Browns should hire. According to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, Manning is a big fan of Adam Gase - who was fired by the Miami Dolphins on Monday morning.

Gase helped Manning to arguably the best season of his career in 2013 as the Denver Broncos offensive coordinator. Manning set NFL records for most passing yards (5,477) and most passing touchdowns (55) in a season during the 2013 season.

Pairing Gase with Baker Mayfield would make the Browns a very interesting team.
