Nearly two weeks ago, the Los Angeles Rams suffered a brutal defeat at the hands of the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl. Tom Brady and company dominated their way to their sixth Super Bowl title – tying the Pittsburgh Steelers for most all-time.
On the losing end of that game were the Rams and young head coach Sean McVay. Just two years after taking over the team, McVay led the Rams to a Super Bowl appearance, albeit thanks to a controversial call in the NFC title game.
With two weeks to decompress from the loss, McVay and his girlfriend are spending some quality time together. McVay and his girlfriend, Veronika Khomyn, spent Valentine’s Day together near the beach.
She posted a photo of the couple celebrating.
Khomyn sent the photo out to her nearly 50,000 followers on Instagram. You can follow her here.
It’s good to see McVay get away from the gridiron following the team’s Super Bowl loss.
He likely won’t spend much time away from the Rams facility as the team gears up for the NFL combine later this month.
Los Angeles holds the No. 31 pick in the 2019 NFL draft after reaching the Super Bowl and falling just short.
