The NFL's Pro Bowl took place in Orlando this afternoon. The AFC and NFC's best played in front of a sparse crowd at Camping World Stadium in fairly low temperatures with rain storms taking place throughout the game.
Green Bay Packers' star quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been a mainstay in the Pro Bowl over the course of his career, but he didn't play in today's game.
Rodgers backed out of this year's Pro Bowl due to his leg injury.
The star NFL quarterback appeared to find something better to do with his time, too.
Rodgers and his girlfriend, Danica Patrick, have been enjoying vacation overseas in New Zealand.
"In New Zealand they use helicopters like cars.... and this very remote lunch location was amazing??.... wherever it was," Patrick wrote.
"He took me to the waterfall! ☺️? ....and did most of the paddling! ❤️ It looks like the water drops off in the distance but it’s flat all the way out to the ocean. Quite beautiful in Milford sound. Take some time to get out in nature! I know it’s really cold in some places, so even just opening up the curtains and letting natural light in can lift your mood," she wrote today.
Good for Aaron and Danica.
The AFC, meanwhile, won today's Pro Bowl, 26-7.
