Redskins vs. Cowboys preview:
Kirk Cousins looked like vintage Peyton Manning against the Packers defense last weekend. Cousins threw for 375 yards and three touchdowns, to three different receivers. Washington dominated the Packers in the second half, and look like a playoff contender in the NFC.
The Cowboys are good. They have answered every question thrown their way, and dominated the Steelers on the ground to prove their worth. Dak Prescott was efficient, and Ezekiel Elliott was electric as the Cowboys’ offensive line continues to be the MVP of the NFL season. They faced the stiffest running defense in the league and still broke over 100 yards.
The Redskins and Cowboys have played 113 times in history, with the Cowboys holding a 67-42-2 advantage in the regular season. The Redskins have a 2-0 advantage in the playoffs.
Redskins vs. Cowboys prediction:
Can anyone beat the Cowboys? The Giants took down Dallas in their season opener, but since then, no one has been able to figure out Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott.
Kirk Cousins has been successful this season, and the Redskins have been successful as well. But the Cowboys offer a challenge Washington hasn't faced yet.
Will the Redskins defense be able to stop Zeke and company? Probably not. But it will be close.
