Redskins vs. Ravens preview:
The Redskins dominated the Browns in the fourth quarter to seal a 31-20 win last week. Kirk Cousins threw for a tidy 183 yards on 21-0f-27 passing for three touchdowns with one interception. After a shaky start to the season, Cousins bounced back with a solid performance. The Redskins defense is still a revolving door, but the offense can put up points.
The Ravens enter this game fresh off a very winnable 28-27 loss to the Raiders. The defense looked vulnerable for the first time all season, but the Raiders have a much more balanced offense than the Redskins, who will likely give them less trouble. The matchup to watch will be the Ravens defense against Redskins TE Jordan Reed in the red zone.
Redskins vs. Ravens prediction:
The Ravens take this one. The Redskins' defense is suspect at best, and the Ravens found a nice new running back in Terrance West last week, as he rushed for 113 yards and a touchdown. I expect him to open up the offense allowing Joe Flacco to make some of his patented deep throws.
