Report: Detroit Lions WR Calvin Johnson Plans On Retiring

Calvin Johnson is planning on retiring, according to a report by ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The Detroit Lions' 30-year-old wide receiver has been in the league since 2007. In recent seasons, his body has really taken a beating, and he reportedly feels content stepping away after nine seasons.

Schefter says that Johnson is taking some time to think it over out of respect for his head coach.
