Rob Gronkowski Posts Cryptic Message On Twitter

Rob Gronkowski is making headlines. The star tight end sent out a cryptic tweet Wednesday afternoon, and the NFL community, especially Patriots fans, isn't taking it well.

Gronk's cryptic tweet comes on the heels of a report from Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Rapoport reported earlier Wednesday morning that Gronk had made his decision about his NFL future.

Rapoport believes Gronk will return to the Patriots in 2018. Hours later, the New England Patriots star sent out this tweet.

Now, it's important to note Gronk could also be referring to a separate report that he's unhappy with New England, and even considered retirement before the 2017 season. Gronk still has two more years on his current contract with the Patriots, which will pay him nearly $20 million.

Is Gronk responding to Rapoport? Or perhaps, he shrugging at the idea he considered retirement before the 2017 season because he's tired of the way the Patriots operate.

Regardless, Gronk has had an incredible run in New England, and if he returns, could be well on his way to yet another Super Bowl.
