The Saints started off the season with three straight losses to the Oakland Raiders, New York Giants, and Atlanta Falcons. Since then, New Orleans has won two straight against the San Diego Chargers and Carolina Panthers. Drew Brees has his offense firing on all cylinders, as the Saints are putting up 31 points per game.

The Chiefs have have an up and down season thus far. They opened the season with a win over the San Diego Chargers, and then dropped their next contest against the Houston Texans. Kansas City then handily defeated the New York Jets before getting crushed by the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Chiefs bounced back last week with a 26-10 win over the Raiders.

Saints vs. Chiefs prediction:

The Chiefs are favored by a touchdown in this contest, but it will be the Saints that come away with the win. Drew Brees and company will keep the ball rolling with their third consecutive win.

Brees, coming off of a 400-yard passing performance, will dominate the Chiefs secondary, passing out dimes to Coby Fleener, Brandin Cooks, and Willie Snead. As long as the defense can get at least one stop, the Saints will win.
