While the feud between Stephen A. Smith and Derek Carr appears to be simmering down, the ESPN personality is now directing his attention toward another member of the Oakland Raiders.

Mike Mayock is entering his first year as the general manager of the Raiders. His main task will be to speed up the rebuilding process in Oakland alongside Jon Gruden.

He recently commented on the Twitter drama taking place with Carr, as he said "I like our quarterback. I like the attitude."

Instead of putting an end to all this chatter, Smith voiced his frustration with Mayock on ESPN's First Take.

Smith used sarcasm when talking to Carr about a potential UFC fight, but he didn't show any restraint in his rant this morning.

"You're showing disrespect to an industry that helped you get to where you are," Smith said on First Take. "And you got it because one of your boys is the $100 million man for a franchise that is allergic to prosperity for the last 20 years."

Clearly Smith isn't too fond of Mayock at this moment in time, especially considering that Mayock went straight from NFL Network to the actual league.

Love him or not, Smith refuses to shy away from any criticism thrown in his direction.
