Tiebreakers Announced For No. 1 Overall Pick In 2025 Draft
Week 18 is set to be a big one for the 2025 NFL Draft.
The New England Patriots are currently in line to get the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. The Patriots lost to the Chargers on Saturday afternoon. The Giants, who entered Week 17 with the worst record in the league, upset the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, shaking up the order of the 2025 NFL Draft.
We now head into Week 18 with four teams tied with the worst record in the league, at 3-13 on the season. All four teams are now in play for the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Heading into Week 18, here are the ways that each of the four teams can clinch the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Here are the ways that the New England Patriots, New York Giants, Tennessee Titans and Cleveland Browns can clinch the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
New England Patriots
The Patriots can clinch the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft with:
- A loss to the Buffalo Bills OR
- Titans win, Browns win, Giants win
Tennessee Titans
The Titans can clinch the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft with:
- Loss vs. Houston AND
- The Patriots beat the Bills
Cleveland Browns
The Browns can clinch the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft with:
- Loss vs. Ravens AND
- Patriots beat the Bills, Titans beat the Texans
New York Giants
The Giants can clinch the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft with:
- Loss vs. Eagles AND
- Patriots beat the Bills, Titans beat the Texans, Browns beat the Ravens
The Patriots, of course, have the easiest path to getting the No. 1 overall pick to the 2025 NFL Draft. But, of course, as the Giants proved against the Colts this past Sunday, no loss is guaranteed in the National Football League.
It's going to be a very interesting Week 18 across the National Football League.
