As good as he still is and even coming off another Super Bowl title, Tom Brady isn't regarded as a top-of-the-line fantasy quarterback these days. His raw numbers aren't quite what they used to be.

Nevertheless, Brady "claims" he's adding something new to his repertoire for this season that will excite fantasy owners: pass-catching ability.

Brady posted a photo of him hauling in a pass in practice today, telling fantasy owners on Twitter that he is a "PPR threat."

Brady is of course being facetious. This type of dad humor is his hallmark on social media.

We've actually seen his receiving prowess, or lack thereof, in the Super Bowl two years ago. He was unable to haul in a pass on a trick play against the Philadelphia Eagles, which would have resulted in a big gain.

Maybe he will get another shot as a receiver some time this season.

Can't say he didn't give fans a heads up if he does.
