New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is only hours away from playing in his eighth straight AFC Championship Game. He'll be on the road this time against the Kansas City Chiefs, the No. 1 seed in the AFC and the No. 1 offense in the NFL.

Before the game though, Brady released a hype video to get fans excited.

Entitled, If you happen to be lucky..., the video showed clips of some of the highs and lows of the Patriots' various Super Bowl runs - even highlighting the losses to the Eagles and Giants in the past decade.

The video also included cameos other iconic Boston sports stars including Paul Pierce.

Brady has played in 12 AFC Championship Games before this one, winning eight of them.

He already owns every significant record in terms of playoff success and longevity, but is seeking to bring the Patriots their sixth Super Bowl title, which would tie them with the Pittsburgh Steelers for the most in the Super Bowl era.

The opposing quarterback will be Patrick Mahomes, one of the leading candidates for NFL MVP, who broke nearly every Chiefs passing record en route to a 12-4 season, AFC West title, and the most points scored in franchise history.

But Brady was no slouch in 2018 either.

Despite his highest interception total since 2013 with 11, Brady continued to demonstrate remarkable efficiency even at the age of 41.

With a dozen AFC Championship Games worth of experience behind him, Brady should be more than ready for anything Mahomes and Chiefs head coach Andy Reid can throw at him.
