Trevor Lawrence's Wife Flew To New Orleans In Style
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence is expected to make the start against the New Orleans Saints on Thursday night, and he'll have one very special fan in attendance to watch the game.
Lawrence's wife Marissa made a series of posts on her Instagram story today showing how she and some of her friends were traveling to the game.
Marissa Lawrence and friends took a private plane to New Orleans, as she captioned a photo from the plane with "Girls trip!!!"
The group shared drinks on the plane before landing in New Orleans with plenty of time to spare before Thursday night's matchup between the Jaguars and Saints.
Marissa Lawrence also posted a quick video of herself walking through the streets of New Orleans.
The action on the field will take place at the Superdome on Wednesday night, as the Jaguars look to move to 5-2 on the year with a road win. The Saints, one-fourth of the seemingly hapless NFC South, could gain an important win of their own tonight.
The Saints could move up to second place in the NFC South with a win Thursday, moving the Falcons down to third after their loss to the Washington Commanders last week.
Marissa and Trevor Lawrence have been together since 2016, when they both were still in high school. They got married in 2021 after the quarterback proposed to her in the Clemson football stadium one year prior.
Marissa Lawrence, formerly known as Marissa Mowry, graduated from Anderson University in 2021. She played soccer at Anderson, which is located in South Carolina - much like Clemson.
"Your love is the greatest gift I could ask for. It is patient, kind, considerate, understanding, silly, selfless, graceful...," she said to her husband in an Instagram post on their second wedding anniversary earlier this year.
"I can go on and on… You are the best husband and partner!"
