The Tennessee Titans are off to a horrible start versus the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday Night Football. Things stated okay, when on the opening possession, the Titans' defense did its job forcing a Jacksonville three-and-out.

The defensive stand silenced the crowd and gave Tennessee momentum. But disaster soon struck.

Titans return man Adoree Jackson attempted to field an awkward, rolling punt. But a few bobbles allowed Jacksonville defenders to close in and hit Jackson before he could secure the football.

The turnover allowed the Jaguars' offense to take over at the Tennessee 7-yard line.

One play later, quarterback Gardnew Minshew executed a perfect play-action pass to a wide open receiver for a touchdown. A near-perfect start for the Jaguars.

People are loving what they are seeing from Minshew. He played his senior year of college at Washington State in Mike Leach's offense. Minshew excelled in the system and led the Cougars to a 11-2 record. It was one of the more memorable years in WSU history.

Now, with quarterback Nick Foles out due to injury, Minshew has taken command of the offense. His confident, sometimes cocky personality is contagious to the Jacksonville fanbase. Confidence is one of the most important traits in a QB, and Minshew is having no problem showing it in his young career.

Stay tuned for further updates on the Titans-Jaguars Thursday night game.
