Tom Brady had yet another playoff masterpiece in him as he led the New England Patriots to their third straight Super Bowl. However, the game was certainly not lacking for bizarre moments - not the least of which was a possible laser pointer being used on Brady.
A video shared by KMBC reporter William Joy shows several separate plays in which a strange, green light appears on and around Brady's face.
Joy noted that the green light could have come from a laser pointer being directed at Brady.
He added that neither the NFL, Patriots, nor Kansas City Chiefs were aware of the incident.
Regardless, neither the alleged laser pointer, the crowd noise, nor the weather prevented Brady from winning the game and looking as good as he's ever been.
Despite throwing two interceptions, Brady completed over 65 . percent of his passes for 348 yards and a touchdown.
He was able to efficiently lead the team down the field no fewer than five times, allowing running backs Sony Michel and Rex Burkhead to combine for four touchdowns and over 150 rushing yards.
The Patriots opened up a 14-0 lead over the Chiefs to start the game, ultimately winning in overtime and securing their spot in Super Bowl LIII.
