Ezekiel Elliott hasn't ended his holdout from the Dallas Cowboys, but that hasn't stopped the All-Pro running back from training for the 2019 season.

Dallas recently offered Elliott a deal that would make him the second-highest paid running back in the NFL. He'd make just under Todd Gurley's annual salary of $15 million.

Although Elliott has two years remaining on his rookie deal, he wants long-term security. After all, the lifespan for tailbacks is much shorter compared to other positions.

Obviously the Cowboys would prefer to have Elliott back at the team facility, however, the front office has to be encouraged by the sight of him training in Cabo San Lucas.

Footage has surfaced of Elliott training in the rain. Not even gloomy weather can stop him from going through his workouts.

The Cowboys are running out of time to reach an agreement with Elliott before the regular season. As of right now, the team hasn't stated if they've made progress in negotiations.

Elliott has gone out of his way to make sure he's in great condition for a potential return to Dallas. He's been training alongside Hall of Famer Marshall Faulk the past few days.

It'd be a tough blow for Dallas if it doesn't have Elliott for any portion of this season.
