">after a brutal hit. Siemian was thrown down by the Buccaneers defender late in the second quarter. The second-year quarterback laid on the turf for a few moments before being carted off the field.

The Broncos first-round pick, Paxton Lynch, took over for the injured Siemian.

Siemian remains out with an injury to his non-throwing shoulder and is questionable to return. Siemian went 5-of-7 passing for 68 yards and a touchdown before being forced to leave the game. Since coming into the game, Paxton Lynch is 4-of-8 passing for 47 yards.

Denver leads the game 17-7 at the half. Siemian is back on the sidelines, but remains out of the game and is wearing a baseball cap. It looks as though Siemian will remained sidelined for the rest of the game.
