Vikings vs. Bears preview:

The Vikings are coming off an ugly 21-10 loss to the Eagles, a game in which the offense looked like it had forgotten how to play football. The entire team took a while to wake up from their bye week, and it showed, with five(!) fumbles on the day. The defense kept the team afloat with two interceptions, but still the offense stumbled on every scoring occasion, only finding the end zone with a minute left in garbage time. I expect a much sharper team this week.

Good lord, the Bears. They managed only 199 yards of total offense in a 26-10 loss to the Green Bay Packers. It was ugly. The defense wasn't much better either; the secondary let Aaron Rodgers pillage them for 326 yards and three touchdowns. Jay Cutler is back at practice and will likely start Monday, but honestly, does it even matter?

Vikings vs. Bears prediction:

I just don't think there's any conceivable way the Bears win this game. The Vikings defense will lay waste to the Bears offensive line and Cutler will throw two picks in his return, one of which will certainly be returned for a touchdown. In the spirit of Halloween, this game will be pure horror for Bears fans.
