Two of the West Coast’s top college basketball programs will battle it out on Saturday night. No. 6 Gonzaga travels to Tuscon to face No. 15 Arizona. Both teams have had terrific starts to the 2019-20 season.
The Bulldogs are once again one of the top teams in the country. Mark Few is regarded as one of the best coaches in the sport and he’s proving why this season.
Gonzaga is 10-1 with big time wins over No. 10 Oregon and previously ranked Washington. The lone loss came at the hands of No. 5 Michigan in late November. The Bulldogs will look to improve to 3-0 over Pac-12 teams on Saturday.
Arizona is also 10-1, but hasn’t notched a big win yet. The Wildcats’ lone loss came against the only ranked opponent they’ve played this season – No. 11 Baylor – nearly a week ago in Waco.
But any road team that has to play inside McKale Center is in for an unwelcome surprise. Arizona is one of the toughest teams to beat on its home floor.

Saturday’s late night West Coast battle will certainly be one to watch. Here’s the details for the contest:
Game Time: 10 p.m. ET
Announcers: Dave Feldman, Sean Farnham
On paper, this one looks like it should be a fun, close game, but ESPN’s Basketball Power Index favors one team pretty heavily. The home team Arizona is given a 69.2-percent chance to win.
