With so many monumental upsets in college football this past weekend, it's become even harder to tell which teams should be considered elite this season. While this week's Coaches' Poll has already been released, we're still waiting on the official AP Poll, which should feature a number of important changes. But, we've already gotten a look at one of the ballots, via ESPN's Brett McMurphy. He has Arizona, which knocked off No. 2 Oregon on the road last Thursday, as the second-best team in the country.
The Wildcats, who needed to convert on a Hail Mary against Cal a few weeks ago to knock off the Golden Bears, sit undefeated at 5-0 on the season. They also weren't ranked at all in the AP Top 25 last week.
Is Arizona really worthy of such a prestigious ranking, or is McMurphy just making sure he has a Pac-12 representative in his top five?
