Four-star quarterback recruit Ryan Kelley decommitted from Oregon earlier this week, but it doesn't look like he'll be switching conference affiliations. Friday, Kelley officially announced that he'll be playing for Arizona State in 2017. In his note on Twitter, he noted that he thinks ASU fits his skill set the best.
Kelley is a 6-foot-3, 170-pound pro-style signal-caller from Chandler, Arizona. So he's staying in state, after all.

According to 247 Sports, Kelley is just Arizona State's third hard commit in its 2017 class. It's a big one, though.
