Photos/Video: Oregon Unveils New "Blue Collar" Uniform For Season Opener vs. UC Davis

Oregon uniforms change almost every week, and the Ducks have a new look for the 2016 season opener.

The Ducks unveiled the look for today's game against UC Davis, which is definitely a unique one for the program. Oregon will be wearing light gray jerseys featuring big, highlighter-yellow numbers, dark gray pants and helmets with a yellow 'O' logo. The most interesting feature, however, is a blue collar, which is an obvious nod to the type of team that the Ducks want to be.

Most probably don't think of Oregon as a "blue collar program," but here we are. Under the collar is the phrase "Citius Altius Fortius," which means "Higher Faster Stronger" in Latin.

Oregon also put out a video to show off the new threads.

These are the second gray uniforms that we've seen for the Ducks in 2016. Wide receiver/Olympic track star Devon Allen modeled a darker gray look over the summer, which features green numbers (and a black collar, for those keeping score.)

Oregon and UC Davis kick off at 5:00 p.m. ET tonight. The Ducks are a 47-point favorite in the game, per OddsShark.
