Oregon vs. Stanford Game Time, Channel, Spread, Announcers

No. 16 Oregon suffered a heartbreaking defeat to No. 8 Auburn in week one. But the Ducks have responded in a major way beating Nevada and Montana by a combined score of 112-9. On Saturday, Oregon will begin conference play against the Stanford Cardinal.

Quarterback Justin Herbert has looked phenomenal to start the season. The senior QB has thrown for 868 yards and 11 touchdowns. He’s looking for his first win against Stanford in his collegiate career. Saturday will be his last chance.

Stanford is not the same Stanford as college football fans have grown accustomed to seeing. Head coach David Shaw has always emphasized winning in the trenches. But this year, the Cardinal don’t have the talent and depth they’ve typically had. Not to mention the team has been decimated by injuries to key players.

The Cardinal are coming off back-to-back losses to USC and UCF. The Knights simply embarrassed Stanford last Saturday in a 45-27 blowout. A loss to Oregon would make it three straight losses and a 1-3 record. The Cardinal still have to play Washington, WSU, Cal and Notre Dame among others.

Here are the details for Oregon-Stanford on Saturday:

Game Time: 7 PM ET

Channel: ESPN

Spread: Oregon -10.5

Over/Under: 57

Announcers: Sean McDonough, Todd Blackledge, Holly Rowe

Oregon-Stanford has been one of the marquee games in the Pac-12 over the past decade. But Saturday’s game isn’t expected to be very close. The Ducks are 10.5 point favorites.

The game kicks off at 7 PM ET on ESPN.
