Oregon quarterback Vernon Adams has been playing with a broken right index finger since the Ducks' season opener against Eastern Washington, according to a report by CSNNW.com.

Adams, who transferred from EWU, suffered the injury against the Eagles.

The injury reportedly affected his ability to "grip and throw" the ball in Oregon's 31-28 loss to Michigan State on Saturday.
