Texas A&M Lands Oregon Transfer Kirk Merritt, A Former 4-Star Recruit

Texas A&M has landed a commitment from former Oregon wide receiver Kirk Merritt. 

The 5-foot-11, 205-pound athlete spent one season with the Ducks, catching five passes for 61 yards in 2015. He was a four-star recruit in the 2015 class out of Destrehan, La. 

Aggies' coach Kevin Sumlin not-so-subtly confirmed the news on Twitter.
