4-Star PG Victor Bailey Commits To Oregon Basketball

Victor Bailey, a four-star point guard out of Austin, TX, has committed to the Oregon Ducks.

Bailey is ranked No. 83 in the class of 2017, and No. 19 among point guards in his class. He is now the first player to join Dana Altman's 2017 Oregon Ducks men's basketball recruiting class.

Scout's Evan Daniels broke the news of Bailey's decision.

He is yet to tweet the announcement himself, but Bailey has been thanking and retweeting on Twitter since the news came out.

Bailey's decision comes on the heels of the news that another four-star 2017 guard, Brandon Randolph, will be making his decision tomorrow. The Ducks are a finalist for Randolph, along with Arizona, Syracuse, and Wake Forest. That is stiff competition for Altman, but by tomorrow he could conceivably have a fantastic blue-chip backcourt in place for 2017.
