If Willie Taggart is leaving for Florida State, he isn’t ready to let Oregon fans know that tonight.
Rumors have been swirling that the Oregon head coach will take over the Seminoles after Jimbo Fisher’s departure to Texas A&M.
Based on his latest tweet, Taggart seems to want to slow things down a bit. Without even hinting at the opening in Tallahassee, Taggart tweeted his plans for tomorrow, and they are all very Oregon football-centric.
Looking forward to a great day tomorrow with our team. Practice, find out where & who we play in the bowl game, 2017 Team banquet and then back on the road recruiting. Go Ducks! #TheMovement18

This certainly doesn’t mean that Taggart won’t wind up at Florida State. He still has a contract extension offer on the table from the Ducks as well, which has not been signed as far as we know.
