LaMelo Ball Unveils A Signature Shoe For $395

LaVar Ball's youngest son now has his own signature shoe, too.

Has a high school basketball player ever had his own signature shoe?

Not until today.

LaMelo Ball, the youngest of LaVar Ball's three sons, unveiled his own signature shoe under the Big Baller Brand line today with SLAM Magazine.

It will retail for $395.

Check out the "Melo Ball 1."

Here are the shoe's details, from SLAM:

The low-cut MB1 features a two-tone woven textile with a camouflaged one-piece knit upper. BBB is touting it as one of the lightest basketball sneakers on the market. The red heel, black upper and shoe tongue are all made up of suede material. The tongue is a distinctively thin layer, which came at the request of Melo to provide him with less weight and more freedom around his ankles. The MB1 comes in priced at $395 and is slated to reach homes during the holiday season.

LaMelo Ball is ranked the No. 3 PG and No. 15 overall prospect in the 2019 class by 247Sports' Composite Rankings.

It's unclear at this point how the selling of the shoe could affect Ball's collegiate eligibility. He's committed to play at UCLA.
