UCLA Beats Kentucky Snapping Wildcats' 42-Game Home Winning Streak

UCLA stunned Kentucky at Rupp Arena on Saturday.

Kentucky had won 42 straight games inside Rupp Arena headed into Saturday's clash against UCLA but that streak is no longer as the No. 11 Bruins topped the No. 1 Wildcats 97-92.

You have to go all the way back to Feb. 27, 2014 when Arkansas beat Kentucky at Rupp Arena to find the last time the Wildcats dropped a game at home.

Kentucky freshman Malik Monk had 24 points and five steals while his fellow freshman teammate De'Aaron Fox had 20 points of his own.

UCLA senior Isaac Hamilton led the Bruins in scoring with 20 points on 7-of-13 shooting. Highly entertaining freshman Lonzo Ball didn't have his best performance with six turnovers, but chipped in 14 points, seven steals and six rebounds.

UCLA remains unbeaten with the win as it sits at 9-0 while Kentucky's record now stands at 7-1.
