Jalen Hill and Cody Riley, the two UCLA freshmen arrested with LiAngelo Ball for shoplifting in China, will be suspended for the full season.
After returning to the United States, the three players were suspended indefinitely by head coach Steve Alford and the UCLA administration.
LaVar Ball responded by pulling his middle son out of college. LiAngelo and the youngest Ball, LaMelo, will now head to Lithuania to launch their pro basketball careers.
Hill and Riley remain in Westwood, but their Bruins careers won't truly begin until next year, if they stay at the school.
In UCLA's single exhibition game before the China trip, Riley scored eight points in 18 minutes. He also grabbed five rebounds and three assists in a 111-80 win over Cal State Los Angeles. Hill did not play in the game. It is unlikely that either would have played a major factor for the Bruins this season.
UCLA is currently 8-3 on the season.
