Four-star cornerback Byron Murphy has narrowed his list of possible schools to eight, but won't close the door on any future offers.
Murphy, the No. 9 rated corner in the entire 2016 class, is crystal balled at 40-percent to both Arizona and Washington, so there is plenty of work to be done for programs vying for Murphy's attention. But for now, he's comfortable with these schools: Arizona State, Texas A&M, Texas, Washington, Oklahoma, USC, Ole Miss and Arizona.
The 5-foot-11, 160-pound defensive back has already set official visits with both Washington and Texas A&M. The Aggies will have Murphy on campus for their game against the Alabama Crimson Tide, while Washington will show him around during its game against Cal.
