Talanoa Hufanga knows where he wants to play his college ball.

The Corvallis native is the No. 88 player in the country, per 247Sports' composite rankings. The site's individual rankings have Hufanga as a five-star player, and one of the top-20 recruits in the nation.

He is the No. 1 player in Oregon, and the No. 2 'athlete' recruit in the country.

In a tweet last month, Hufanga announced his six finalists: Michigan, Nebraska, Oregon, UCLA, USC, and Utah. On Thursday night, he committed.

USC was the heavy favorite to land the elite 2018 recruit. The Trojans are finally putting together a solid 2018 class after former 2019 recruit J.T. Daniels reclassified.
