4-Star TE Naseir Upshur Releases Top 13

Naseir Upshur of Philadelphia (Pa.) Imhotep Charter is one of the top tight end recruits in the class of 2016. The four-star prospect owns 40 offers, and he has cut down his list to a top 13.
