One of the nation's best wide receivers trimmed his impressive offer list down to just six programs. Five-star wide receiver Rakim Jarrett took to Twitter on Wednesday afternoon to reveal the six programs that remain in contention to land the top prospect.

Jarrett, from St. John's College High School in Washington D.C., is the nation's No. 1 wide receiver, according to Rivals - though he's listed as the No. 4 wide receiver on 247Sports Composite Rankings. Regardless, he's one of the most-talented at the position and holds 28 offers from a few of the best programs in the country.

Here's Jarrett's top six:

  1. Alabama
  2. Florida
  3. LSU
  4. Ohio State
  5. Tennessee
  6. USC

You can see his announcement below.

Ohio State is listed as the favorite to land the top recruit. Maryland was believed to be in the running before Jarrett released his top six - though that could change in the future.

The 2020 recruit has plenty of time to make his collegiate decision.
