ESPN Insider Phil Steele Names College Football's Top WR, RB Units Heading Into 2016

ESPN insider Phil Steele is busy working on his annual College Football Preview ahead of the upcoming season, and on Friday released the top receiving corps and running back units in the country heading into September. 

With six receiving corps and five running back units included, here's what his analysis found:

Florida State and Oregon are the only programs on both lists, but the Seminoles are sorting out a quarterback competition and the Ducks will once again start a transfer under center. With quality quarterback play, these teams can be dangerous.
