Earlier: It didn’t take long for former four-star quarterback Ricky Town to come to the conclusion that he no longer wanted to be at USC.
The 6-foot-3, 210-pound pro-style quarterback, out of Ventura, Calif., was a member of USC’s latest recruiting class (2015) and enrolled on January 18. At some point between then and now, Town decided he wanted out and requested a transfer, according to Varsity Preps’ coach Warren. Shortly after, USC head coach Steve Sarkisian granted his release.
