Alabama Coach Nick Saban Says He Is In Favor Of A 9-Game SEC Schedule, But Doesn't Think Other Coaches Support It

It's probably safe to assume that most SEC coaches would prefer to play less conference games. The SEC has been, without question, the nation's toughest conference over the past decade, and so, less conference games would mean less opportunities for losses. Alabama coach Nick Saban thinks otherwise, though. 

Saban is an advocate of a nine-game SEC schedule. He doesn't believe other conference coaches are, however.

Alabama has won three national championships under Saban and lost just six conference games since 2009. The SEC has been kind to the Crimson Tide. But not everyone else, and perhaps Saban is having a hard time understanding that.
