Over the last two years, linebacker Mack Wilson has been a constant presence for the Alabama Crimson Tide defense. Now that’s he’s eligible for the NFL draft, Wilson has made a decision on whether he intends to stay at school or go pro.
According to Matt Zenitz of AL.com, Wilson is expected to skip his senior year and enter to the 2019 NFL Draft.

The report comes less than a month after Wilson’s mother reportedly said that he would return for his senior year in pursuit of his college degree and an unspecified award.
Wilson finished fifth on the team in tackles with 65 in 2018. He also had 4.5 tackles for loss, 1.0 sacks, two interceptions, and five passes defended.
Even without confirmation of his plans for next year, Wilson is still a popular draft candidate.
The deadline to declare for the 2019 NFL Draft is Monday.
