Alabama Player Takes To Twitter To Defend Cam Robinson, Hootie Jones

Two Alabama football players - left tackle Cam Robinson and reserve safety Hootie Jones were arrested early Tuesday morning in Monroe, Louisiana on multiple charges including possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), illegal possession of a firearm and illegal possession of a stolen firearm - which is a felony. 

Despite the charges, Alabama safety Ronnie Harrison came to his teammates' defense Tuesday morning, basically saying that the entire thing is being blown "way out of proportion." That's a tough argument to make with felony weapon charges included, but here's what he had to say.

It's not surprising to see teammates sticking up for Robinson and Jones, but it might just be better to keep everything in house at this point.
