Alabama Signee Mack Wilson Tweets That His Shoulder Surgery "Went Great"

Two weeks back, Alabama five-star signee Lyndell "Mack" Wilson learned that he'd been playing with a torn labrum in his left shoulder for at least two years. This week, Wilson had surgery to repair the damage. He posted an update on his health Wednesday afternoon, tweeting that his surgery "went great." He also included a Roll Tide, of course.

Wilson, one of the top linebackers in the class of 2016, has not revealed how much time he's expected to miss during his recovery. Luckily, Alabama has enough talent in this year's class to allow him to take his time in returning to the field.
