As the newest member of the Heisman fraternity, former Alabama star Derrick Henry is a major focus in this year's Nissan 'Heisman House' commercial series.
Henry was the first player to appear in the first new 2016 Heisman House ad, guiding a drone through the rooms which featured other former winners, including Tim Tebow (who also stars in one of the new videos), Eddie George, and Marcus Mariota.
He is not the only Alabama running back involved, though. Mark Ingram, the first Crimson Tide player to take home the hardware, is also involved. In the most recent clip, he is the one who welcomes Derrick Henry to the house. Of course, as Henry is the most recent winner, he has to spend his year in a lesser, "rookie house."
They're going to need a bigger doorway for a back the size of Derrick Henry.
Mark Ingram, entering his sixth season with the New Orleans Saints, is currently one of the NFL's more consistent backs. Henry is looking to break through as a rookie with the Tennessee Titans, where he is behind DeMarco Murray on the depth chart. Alabama fans will be watching both very intently this fall.
