Former Alabama RB Altee Tenpenny Announces He's Transferring To UNLV

Former Alabama running back Altee Tenpenny, a four-star recruit coming out of high school back in 2013, never really saw his career take off in Tuscaloosa. In two seasons, the talented tailback rushed the ball just 48 times for 218 yards and one score. This past January, it was announced that Tenpenny would no longer be part of Alabama's program. A few months later, we've learned where he's headed.

Monday, Tenpenny announced that he's transferring to UNLV. He dropped the news via his Instagram account with a cool photo:

Tenpenny joins a program that won just two games last year. Given NCAA transfer rules, he'll likely have to sit out a year before seeing action. Hopefully he finds a bigger role with his new squad.
