It Appears Alabama Will Start Jake Coker At Quarterback vs. Wisconsin

Update: Jake Coker is getting the start but Cooper Bateman will also play, Nick Saban said.

Earlier: Nick Saban has his quarterback, it appears.

Alabama, which has yet to officially name a starting QB - the Crimson Tide listed co-starters at the position on their depth chart - kicks off against Wisconsin in roughly 20 minutes.

It looks like Jake Coker, the senior transfer from Florida State, will be the man under center for Alabama. He's taking the first-team reps during drills and he is who the Crimson Tide are "planning" on starting, according to reports.
