Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts is officially on the transfer market, as his name has hit the NCAA’s transfer portal.
This doesn’t mean Hurts is 100 percent transferring out of Alabama, as it’s still possible he could return to the Crimson Tide, though a transfer is widely expected.
Hurts has been linked to several major programs, with schools like Oklahoma, Maryland and Florida State, among others, being named the frontrunners.
The Alabama quarterback might be hinting at his interest with a Twitter follow, though.
Hurts has followed just one head coach on Twitter since news broke of his name hitting the NCAA’s transfer portal.
That coach: Miami’s Manny Diaz.
Manny Diaz and Jalen Hurts are now following each other on Twitter. I'm sure Canes fans aren't reading too much into that or anything.

Murray is following a couple of Miami football players on Twitter, too.
FWIW, Jalen Hurts has now followed Manny Diaz, Brevin Jordan and DeeJay Dallas since Hurts entered his name into the NCAA transfer portal.
Canes twitter, do as you wish with that information.

Hurts at Miami could be a lot of fun, as the Hurricanes are hoping to rebound from a disappointing 2018 season.
